To build this library, follow the instructions in the Installation and Compilation page.

Optionally, to use the Shared-memory implementation, download the FreeIPC package and follow the instructions here. FreeIPC is distributed separately because it uses a different software license.

You can also find 2DECOMP&FFT as part of the . The Open Petascale Libraries is a "global initiative encouraging and accelerating the collaborative development of general-purpose and application-specific numerical libraries for the emerging generation of supercomputers".
